Quality remains our top priority: each product undergoes rigorous inspection before shipment to guarantee you a reliable, high-quality item. Below you will find our official return and exchange policy.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange:
Within 30 days of receiving your order.
For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
All labels (if applicable) must be intact.
The original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) must be intact.
The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or odor.
We do not accept returns for the following products:
Products showing obvious signs of use or alteration.
Products damaged by improper use (e.g., torn rugs, scratches on tables and chairs, etc.).
3. Return and Exchange Policy
Procedure time: 7 business days after receipt of the merchandise.

Your order number
A photo of the product you wish to exchange
The new product or variant you would like to receive (if applicable).
→ We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your eligibility for a return.
→ You will receive return instructions.
Shipping costs:
Exchanges due to manufacturing defects or errors are free of charge.
Exchange fees due to a change of mind are your responsibility.
4. Return Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs if the following conditions are met:
You received a defective or damaged item.
We sent you the wrong product or color.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility if:
You changed your mind.
You ordered the wrong item, size, or color (this is not our fault).
No replacement fee will be charged.
5. How to Return an Item
Please contact our customer service department at service@biyannt.com and provide the following information:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
A brief explanation of the reason for the return
If your request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Please ship the item within 30 calendar days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.
Any item damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a refund.
6. After We Receive Your Return
Your return will be processed within 1-2 business days.
The refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the inspection results.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Bank processing takes 4-7 business days.
After approval, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 48 hours.
